  • Click on Clear cache and data options – select each of them
  • Go back to all apps – select Google Service Framework.

Clear Cache incase of Custom Rustom:

  • Boot into Recovery Mode which is present in all custom ROM’s
  • Go to settings and then select Advanced settings
  • Then, click on Wipe Dalvik Cache for clearing all the cache on your Custom ROM.

Format SD Card:

Some of the users have said that the corrupted SD cards can also be cause for the Error 492 code. If you have tried all the tricks which have mentioned above, even then you still facing the same error, then you can try solving by formatting your SD card to fix the error 492 code. But make sure that you have a complete back up of your SD card memory on your android device or PC or Laptop because, you might loose all your information and data by formatting the SD card.
